At MUBÉRK, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely.
Processing and Cutoff Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Our estimated transit time is 1–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order to doorstep is 2–6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@muberk.com with photos so we can resolve it. If your order appears delayed or lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
